Is the audit really free?+

Yes. The 12-question Growth Audit is free, needs no card, and gives you a scored result instantly. Deeper paid audits exist if you want the full diagnostic with a complete 7/30/90-day plan.

How long does the free audit take?+

About 3 minutes. The deeper paid audits take 15–90 minutes depending on scope, and your progress saves automatically.

What's in the Toolbox?+

Twelve connected modules — Sales Tracker, recipes, stock & suppliers, rotas, staff time clock, tips, allergens & HACCP, SOPs, reviews, guest database, promos and social planning. €89/month + VAT for all of them, or from €7.99/month individually.

What does Growth add?+

The intelligence layer: an executive dashboard, automatic profit-leak detection, smart alerts, a weekly business review and prioritised action plans — all computed from the data your tools already collect. €149/month + VAT, includes the Toolbox. Toolbox comes with a 7-day free trial.

Do I need any technical skills?+

No. Everything is written in plain English for busy operators, every tool has a first-run guide, and technical terms come with tap-to-explain definitions.

Can I run multiple venues or brands?+

Yes. Add venues (and brands if you run different concepts), switch between any venue, a brand, or the entire business, and compare locations side by side.

What's the difference between Done-With-You and Done-For-You?+

Done-With-You: we build the improvements alongside your team in working sessions and hand them over. Done-For-You: our team implements the plan end to end while you run the floor. Both start with a free strategy call.

Can my staff enter data without seeing everything?+

Yes — the branded Staff Portal gives your team one no-login screen (name + PIN) to clock in and out, run checklists and prep lists, view recipes, log waste and incidents, leave handovers and submit end-of-day sales. They never see your dashboards or numbers. Full role-based team accounts are in active development.

Is my data safe, and can I leave?+

Your data is yours. You can export everything or delete your account (GDPR) from your profile at any time, and subscriptions can be cancelled whenever you like.
