Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Menu Management & ToolBox)

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your account settings.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge you again after that.
  • We generally do not provide partial refunds for the current month, as you retain access for the period you paid for. If you were charged in error or experienced a serious fault, contact us and we'll put it right.

One-time audits

  • Audits are digital products delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the questionnaire has been started.
  • If you bought an audit but have not yet started it, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any right to cancel digital services within a cooling-off period where applicable. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.

Cancel from Account settings, or email support@hospix.tech. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
