Sub-processors

To provide the Service, The Trap Limited (trading as HospiX) uses the sub-processors below. Each is bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement. This page is the authorised list referenced by that DPA.

Current sub-processors

• Vercel Inc. · Application hosting, content delivery and serverless functions. United States / EU. Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the EEA.
• Neon Inc. · Managed PostgreSQL database (your account data and the content you enter). EU region. Confirm the exact region in your account settings before onboarding sensitive data.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. · Subscription billing and card payment processing. Stripe processes card details directly; we never see full card numbers. EU / United States, under Stripe's own data-protection terms and Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Resend · Transactional and marketing email delivery (account emails, receipts, review requests, birthday messages). United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Anthropic · AI features (for example the recipe costing assistant and the social planner). Prompts may include menu and, where you use those features, limited guest-related content. United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses. Anthropic does not train models on business API data.

Changes

We may add or replace a sub-processor to keep the Service running or to improve it. When we do, we will update this page. If you have asked to be notified of changes, we will let you know so you can object on reasonable data-protection grounds before the new sub-processor starts processing your data.
