Quick questions
Do I have to type every guest in?+
No. That's the whole point. Import a CSV from your POS or Excel, paste from a spreadsheet, or put the QR code on tables and guests add themselves. Manual entry exists only for exceptions.
Is this GDPR-safe?+
You control the data, consent is recorded per guest (including via the QR sign-up), and campaigns only ever include opted-in guests.
Does it send emails or texts?+
Email sends directly from HospiX: build the audience, write the message and hit send (once your email key is connected). Birthday messages send automatically. For SMS you export the list to your texting tool; a built-in SMS sender is on the roadmap.
